These terms govern your use of Persivo, a personal reminder app for iPhone. By downloading or using the app, you agree to them.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use Persivo on devices you own or control, for your own personal, non-commercial use. Your use is also subject to Apple's standard App Store Terms of Service.
Persivo lets you create reminders and notes that are stored on your device, and it can notify you about them using your device's local notifications. Notification delivery and timing are handled by your device's operating system and depend on your device's settings, power state, and other factors outside our control.
Persivo is a convenience tool. You should not rely on it for reminders where a missed or delayed notification could cause harm or loss — for example medication, medical, financial, legal, or safety-critical deadlines. We do not guarantee that any notification will be delivered or delivered on time.
You are responsible for the content you enter into the app. Because your data is stored only on your device and is not backed up to us, keeping a backup of your device is the only way to protect against data loss. We have no access to your content and cannot recover it for you.
Persivo is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of defects.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Flow Technical Solutions and Daelyn Doughty will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data or missed reminders, arising out of or relating to your use of, or inability to use, the app.
The app, its design, and its content (other than the data you create) are owned by Flow Technical Solutions (Daelyn Doughty) and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or branding.
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will post the updated version on this page and revise the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the app after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.
