This policy explains what information FlowTech Solutions ("FlowTech," "we," "us") collects, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have — including how to stop receiving our emails.

Who we are

FlowTech Solutions designs and builds modern websites for local businesses. We reach out to prospective clients by email, build a free demo redesign, and — if the business chooses to move forward — launch the new site on their domain.

Information we collect

• Business contact details — such as business name, website URL, a public business email address, phone number, and industry. For prospective clients we collect these from publicly available sources (your website, business listings, and directories).
• Information you provide — anything you send us when you reply to an email, request a demo, or otherwise contact us, including your name and the contents of your message.
• Website information — publicly accessible content and technical characteristics of your existing website, which we review to prepare an audit and demo.
• Email engagement — whether a message was delivered and, where our email provider reports it, whether it bounced or was marked as spam. We do not embed tracking pixels in our outreach emails.
• Basic technical data — standard server logs (such as IP address and browser type) generated when you visit this site. Our pages load fonts from Google Fonts, which may receive your IP address to serve those fonts.

How we use information

• To contact businesses about our website design services and to prepare a free demo.
• To respond to your messages and provide services you request.
• To process payment if you choose to become a customer.
• To maintain our do-not-contact (suppression) list and honor opt-outs.
• To operate, secure, and improve our website and services, and to comply with legal obligations.

Our emails and your choices

Every email we send includes our postal address and a way to opt out. You can unsubscribe at any time by:

• Using the one-click unsubscribe link or your email app's built-in "unsubscribe" button;
• Replying to any message with the word "unsubscribe"; or
• Emailing daelyn@flowtechnicalsolutions.com.

When you opt out, we add your address to a suppression list so we don't contact you again. We honor opt-out requests within one business day.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us operate, and only as needed to do their job:

• Email & hosting — our email provider and the server host that runs this site and our tools.
• Payments — Stripe, if you make a purchase. Stripe handles your payment details under its own privacy policy.
• Content tooling — providers we use to help draft copy and assemble demo pages (for example, AI and stock-image services). We send these only the information needed to prepare your demo.

We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights, safety, or property.

Data retention

We keep business contact and project information for as long as needed for our outreach and services, and to meet legal or record-keeping obligations. Suppression-list entries are kept indefinitely so we can continue to honor your opt-out. You can ask us to delete information we hold about you (see below).

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold, to opt out of marketing, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise any of these, email us at the address below and we'll respond as required by applicable law. We won't discriminate against you for exercising these rights.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children's privacy

Our services are directed to businesses and are not intended for children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we'll revise the "Effective date" above. Material changes will be reflected on this page.
