On your device. There is no account and no cloud sync — see the privacy policy for details. Your device's normal backups (iCloud/computer) will include it.
Subscriptions are managed by Apple: Settings → your name → Subscriptions, or the App Store app. Cancelling takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Reflections need an active Daily Journal Pro subscription and an internet connection. If both are fine and it still fails, please email us with the approximate time it happened.
Delete an entry from within the app, or delete the app to remove everything. No journal data is stored on our servers.
